SPM 361 Leadership and Management in Sport

(4 Credits)
This course provides students with an applied knowledge of the general concepts of leadership and human resources within a sport management context. Students will develop their abilities to synthesize and integrate human resource management and organizational behavior, particularly from a leadership perspective, with sport management practices.

Prerequisite: SPM 261  and BA 260  or permission of the instructor
