BA 362 Human Resources Administration

(4 Credits)
This course is a study of the functions performed by the human resources department in an organization, including human resource planning, recruitment, selection, performance appraisal, training and development, wage and salary administration, employee benefits, safety and health, and employee management relations. It includes discussion of the various theories, concepts, approaches, tools, and techniques appropriate for each function.

Prerequisite: BA 260 and junior standing.
