About the Certificate
The Autism Certificate offers the coursework and practicum relevant to professionals in order to work effectively with children and youth diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. The coursework is designed to develop and enhance effective educational practices to support educators, school districts, and community-based organizations. Practicum hours in each course are designed to help students understand the connections between coursework and the direct work with children and youth with autism.
