BA 264 Corporate Social Responsibility


(4 Credits)
This course will study the symbiotic relationship between business and society in the global community. Specifically focused on multinational corporations and how they can satisfy stakeholder expectations in a way that balances social, environmental, and economic goals while operating in a range of countries – from lesser developed to industrialized. Included will be a study of some of the laws, ethical norms, and values of different countries and how these companies can resolve their differences when making their legal and ethical decisions.

Prerequisite: BA 260
