BA 363 International Organizational Behavior


(4 Credits)
This course is an application of psychological principles to human relationships within an enterprise. It studies the dynamics of intrapersonal and interpersonal relationships, emphasizing the manager’s leadership role in utilizing and developing human resources in an international environment. It includes motivation, interpersonal communications, leadership and influence, socialization, and organizational development.
 

Prerequisite: BA 260  and junior standing.
