PL 155 Introduction to Logic

(4 Credits)
This course is an introduction to symbolic logic. Beginning with informal fallacies and syllogistic logic, we will focus much of the semester on propositional and quantificational symbolic logic. Emphasis will be on various proof methods for determining the validity of arguments.
