US 272 Getting It Off Your Chest

Want to get something off your chest? Do you want to express opinions about issues that you care passionately about? In this University Seminar course, students will gain insight into writing various types of opinion-based articles and content. Students will learn about and write Editorials, Op-Eds, Personal Essays, Radio and Television Commentaries, Movie Reviews, Music Reviews, Restaurant Reviews, Book Reviews, Blogs, and Internet Writing. There will be a class trip to the Philadelphia Inquirer downtown.
