Organizational Leadership Certificate

The Organizational Leadership Certificate from Arcadia’s School of Global Business aims to provide graduate students with a theoretical and pragmatic understanding of aspects of effective leadership within both domestic and global organizations.

Students take courses such as Human Resource Management, Power and Politics, Contemporary Issues in Global Leadership to gain valuable knowledge and skills related to leadership development.

By the end of the certificate program students will:

• Develop a strong theoretical framework relevant to leadership

• Gain awareness of latest trends and strategies in leadership relevant to both domestic and international contexts

• Be effective communicators with their stakeholders

• Grow into leaders who are committed to Justice, Equity, Diversity and Inclusion

Credits earned in the program can be transferred to Arcadia’s MBA program or one of the specialized Modular Master’s Program.
