About the Minor

The Management Minor is designed to provide non-business majors with an overview of the Management discipline. It will enable students to explore various career options within the field of Management and to use the discipline knowledge to further their career goals within their major. This background is useful for students who will be working in organizational settings, regardless of their majors but might be of particular interest to students pursuing a major in Psychology, Education, Communications, Art, etc., or any other majors who might be interested in being entrepreneurs or working in the management side of an organization.
