BI 325 Cell Biology

This course is a study of cell structure and function at the molecular level: enzymes, membranes, respiration, protein targeting, intracellular trafficking, information transfer and storage. The laboratory emphasizes modern biochemical and molecular technique.

Three class hours and three laboratory hours weekly.

Prerequisite: BI 204  and BI 242 , CH 101 /CH 111 , CH 102 /CH 112 ; or written permission of the instructor and Department Chair.
