ED 597E Practicum in Special Education (PreK-8)

(6 credits)
This is intensive practice in the application and principles of mastery teaching in various special education settings. Certification credit only; not applicable to degree. It is required for certification in Special Education.

Prerequisite: Completion of the course requirements for certification and permission of advisor. Intensive practice in the application and principles of best practices in special education.

Completion of PECT tests for PreK-8 or 7-12 Special Education.

Deadline for applying for practicum:

Fall Practicum–February 1

Spring Practicum–October 1
