SPM 261 Introduction to Sports Management

(4 Credits)
The course provides an overview of the field of sport management.  The focus of this course is to cover basic fundamental knowledge and skill sets of sport managers, as well as to provide information on sport industry segments (i.e., professional, collegiate, non-traditional, and youth and community sport) for potential job employment and career choices.
