CM 268 Visual Media and the Web

(4 Credits)
This course is an exploration of methods of Web design using HTML, XHTML, CSS, and multimedia software tools. This course is designed to give the student a solid foundation in HTML scripting, CSS coding, FTP file transfers, and image preparation for the Web. Students will apply those skills by developing a Wordpress website and email marketing messages to communicate and design marketing materials effectively.

Prerequisite: CM 101 or permission of the instructor.
